On Sunday 15/7 there is an additional train pulled by a diesel train at Jokioinen Museum Railway. The train will run Minkiö-Humppila-Minkiö-Jokioinen in addition to normal scheduled steam train.
This is the only day of the year that you are guaranteed to see one of the diesel engines of the railway pulling a passanger train. Normally diesel engines are used only to pull work trains. Now you can first take a steam train and the change trains at Minkiö station to take a ride behind a vintage diesel locomotive.
